I received a bill from North Shore that said I could contact them using their electronic message contact form. When I entered the address given (www.northshoreagency.biz/TP) I got an error message saying that the IP address could not be found. I re-entered the url in case I had made a typo, but got the same result. It seems pretty sketchy to list a non-functioning web address on a current statement. I'm not sure I even feel comfortable sending them a check. Also their customer service phone line closes at 4 p.m., contributing to the amateur-hour vibe. How badly do they really want to collect what we owe?
