I ordered from horse.com for the first time a few weeks ago. Among other things I ordered my usual fly spray. I clicked on the picture of the 1 quart bottle of my favorite brand. The window opens there is a picture of the 1 quart bottle and a place to put in the number of bottles I wanted to order. I was pleasantly surprised about the low price so I ordered 3. What I didn't realize was that even though there was a big picture of the 1 quart bottle, the tiny little roll on version was highlighted next to where I ordered. So instead of 3 one quart bottles I received 3 tiny roll on things, that I won't use and find horribly overpriced. I emailed the comapany twice to see if they would exchange or do a return. Still waiting for a response! Definitely a first and last time customer!
