I booked a flight from Madrid to Istanbul. when I hit the submit bottom I noticed the date was not right. I called intermediately & waited for almost 40 minutes & decided to call for another phone keeping the first call alive... In the second call I got a customer service after 18 minutes on the line, when I explained what happened to me he said no matter the 24 hour window for any changes I was going to get charge for any change.... I was positive I input the corrected dates, then by looking at some other reviews I realized they managed to do something in their website to change the information, so you have to call to request the changes and then charge you for that. This company is a rip off. They do their money little by little taking 75-100 dollars from possible customers. STOP before buying anything from them! It is a scam!!!
