Web site use

Was unable to get flight status info, could not select dep/arr city. Finally after several attempts got thru, got arrival status. Have no idea why site decided to respond. I am not able to do user/pw activity, contact number is not available on the flight status page. "Pissed Consumer' heading is CRUDE!
