Web site a waste

Their web page is not accurate. If you had an recurring payment (auto pay) from 20 years ago, it will not show up on the PG & E web page. So if you update information listing a new bank account for recurring payment they will not honor that. They will continue to bill from your old request . It would be helpful if the bill you receive or if the web page would indicate what account your payment is coming from. I am trying to help my elderly parents with their accounts. The PG & E supervisor (Angela) out of Sacramento said it was their responsibly to read the paper they signed 20 years ago that said they would have to call and cancel that particular reoccurring payment. That it was their fault for not reading that. LOL! Why not just list that information on their PG & E web site? I give PG&E web site a big fat 0.
