We purchased the Smoke detector, carbon detector, and the water sensor in Sept of 18. Not thinking we would need to use it. But I had just came home and got a text on my phone saying there was water detected in our basement . I quickly went down, and the water heater had water leaking..So we were able to save a great cost of water damage, and clean up by the notification. What a relief. I am so thankful to have had the sensor.
