We wanted to get the payoff amount on our loan.

We tried for half an hour this morning trying to navigate your menu. It kept getting stuck on the date of the payoff we wanted. We kept entering 04/30/20 (2 digits for day, month, year like it asked) and it would stop and go right back to telling us to enter the pay off date. I am NOT a pissed customer, it's just frustrating now days because you can't talk to a REAL person if your recording menu doesn't work. User's recommendation: Have someone check your phone menu to make sure it's working correctly.
