i have no real reason to be pissed (yet)..I was reading the complaints about the 'Good Sam' experiences members have had..i signed up in March 2019..had to laugh when my 3-year membership card arrived in the mail about 10 days later..somehow they sent it using my middle name as my last name..i couldn't use the $25 merchandise certificate that came with it because of the error..hah!..no harm done..mistakes happen..so I called a rep using the same '800' toll free number that i read of one member complaining of being disconnected, or not existing..i got through, talked to the a rep about what happened..cheerful chat..hopefully a new membership card bearing my 'last name' will arrive in the mail soon, possibly within a week or another 10 days?...
