We sent two checks for renewal of Handyman , one in June of 2020, another in August 2020. We should be able to receive th magazine until June of 2022 since both checks were cashed. The anwer we got

Refused to continue our subscription. We will not be renewing. Did anyone really check to see if two checks were cashed last year?
