We purchased Wyndham Kona in 2014 Points expire every year.

We can only vacation when we have time available and getting a reservation has been unsuccessful on each try and failed again today. We paid 179.17 a month for over 5 years for a total of 11,170.54 100% all of which has been lost because Wyndham expired our points every year for four+ years. When I asked her what have I been paying for. The points agent advised me that "your under a contract and you need to use your points every year, you would't buy a house and sleep in your car would you". Stay away from this company, if you buy in expect to fail when you try to make reservations, you need to be extremely flexible to get reservations that work for you and your family after struggling to make reservations defaulting to alternate vacation options, you will be out A LOT of money. We have never been able to use Wyndham. My rating is less than one star.
