We paid in full, DataCaptive didn’t deliver anything

We attempted a simple project with DataCaptive. After paying in full, I still have yet to receive delivery of the file (final product). Every time I call, I get a somewhat different answer. They promise to call me back and they promise deliver shortly, but neither ever happens. Please avoid DataCaptive. I wish I would have read these online reviews before signing up with them.
