Update by user Jan 21, 2020 I am unable to do the pro and con because the buttons do not work on this site. So I will mention it here. The PRO's are many, selection, ease of lifestyle, helpful fun employees. The CON's are they do not look at each case individually treat a default as generic. Our issue was the market was bad to sell our home Original review posted by user Jan 21, 2020 we decided to build with toll but our home would not sell. W had to back out and they were able to resell it quickly. Toll kept our deposit. We are not wealthy and were 62 at the time. They did say if we ever build again we would be able to use some of that money and when we tried three years later they said there is no paperwork of the original transaction. I don't think the company realizes what is does to peoples lives. They lost nothing.
