We lost $300.00 dealing with that thieves Den of Affinity Finds.

We saw an add in Facebook for a set of black Onyx flatware on a Friday. The next day after hearing from the Better Business Bureau horror stories in regards of Affinity we decided to cancel our order. On Saturday we send them an email that was acknowledge on Monday telling us that they understood and that an Associate will contact us to resolve the issue. Nobody contacted us and the next week we received an email informing us that the items had been shipped (from China. It was the first time that the origin of the product was disclosed. Again we received an email from affinity informing us of their understanding and that an Associate would contact us. A month latter the product was presented by the Post Office and we refused delivery sending it back to the factory. The website of affinity showed it delivered to our door. A month later the website of China Post showed the package delivered back to the factory in China. And now after several email Affinity is no longer answering our email! They are lying crooks! Save your money!!! The experience cost us $300.00!
