It has been working great for about a year, now the coffee k-cup pukes from the top of the k-cup. we take basket out and clean it, take a needle and poke it through the hole in the needle of the basket. it works for a few more cups, then does it again. I am done with this brewer. i would like a refund, but of course i did not save my receipt. I have deminalized it with vinegar and water several times. funny thing is i did my research on this unit before i purchased it and did not see any bad results. never again will i buy this product. i may even go back to the good old fashion brew from the pot.
