We have been paying fr this service for over two and half years, but we do not have this service any longer..we have not had it for 2 1/2 years.. we currently have another service . please discotinue

for 2 1/2 years w have been paying for a service we do not have!! it was or should have been discontinued 2 1/2 years ago!!! but this service has been coming out of our account all this time!! we have a new service now and we are very pleased with it.. please do not charge us another month ........ in fact we wish to have this money returned to our account!!!!! immediately!!!!!!! thank you, Mrs. JosephClark this account is charged to our Visa account and we have been paying it without actually reaslizing we were still paying gor a service we didnt have.. as I said, please discontinue this service immediately and give us some money back..I thank you for your kind service and may God bless your company..
