We were sent to the Er by Cleveland Clinic, because they did not want us to travel that far to their hospital, in the condition my husband is in. I understand more serious patients go first, when you see someone that comes in and has been here for 30 minutes, complain, get taken back in front if someone that really needs to be see, it’s simply ridiculous. This will be our last trip, and I will also inform Cleveland Clinic, how unfair and how unconcerned the staff of the ER had treated us. We could have driven to Cleveland Clinic, been treated, in the length of time we have been in this ER. Simply ridiculous. We do not complain, but the doctor in Cleveland gave us his direct line to speak with a doctor here, which won’t happen since I’m sure he had left his office. You need to take notice and do something different.
