Hyla rep was rude, was very angry that we didn’t buy, but he was told that twice that we were not going to buy anything. He showed us all the things the Hyla could do. I didn’t have much to say so he focused on my wife. He kept on trying to give us deal after deal, the answer was still no. I became very upset because I had to get up at 4am for work. He said it would take 40 minutes. His 40 minuets turned into 90 minuets. His name is Tim from Hurricane, Utah. He gave the $250 gift card (which is crap) to my wife. Told her to read it and stomp out of my home. He has been with the company for 15 yrs, can’t believe he lasted this long!
