We don’t need this kind of Internet!

When I recently purchased a modem (for a laptop, to the country) — I was just happy: I will finally be online in the summer! For the first three years, everything was fine — normal subscription fee, unlimited, signal quality. Even work remotely, even upload photos, even on YouTube “sit”, even with torrents download. For all that time, only once the Internet disappeared for three days — there was a serious problem with the provider. Now, since last summer, the connection is just infuriating! Sometimes you have to wander around the house, go outside to look for a signal. And the last month at night so you can generally sit for an hour and a half, and not connect. Issues errors, the remote computer does not respond, the connection is broken, the remote port is closed. It seems that they turn off the equipment at night. This is bullying. This is despite the fact that the city is 30 km away, and the nearest tower is only 5 km away. There is no point in contacting online support — they have standard texts-excuses are prepared that everything is in order, and the problem, you see, is with me.

Yes Yes Yes! I have the same problems, I have a good internet speed, but there are always some issues, the connection is interrupted, it just loads sites, youtube etc. slowly. The support service will jam the same questions in a circle and cannot do anything else. I'm tired of this quality of service.

The support service there is nothing but a nightmare and a headache, the wait time for a response can last for hours, and there is no other way to solve the issues, but they appears often!
