We didn’t get any response from otel.com despite many e-mails we sent them

We were in contact with Bayswaterinn hotel in London. They wrote to us that they never got the money we paid to otel.com for our reservation so we have to demand the refund from otel.com. We did so in our e-mail from 23/08/2020 but we never got any response From them.
