For some reason the people delivering the paper do not have the reasoning to put the news paper in the paper box? The paper sometimes winds of in the grass beside the porch or they toss the paper from the car on the street and of course it never reaches the porch, much less get the paper box! a lot of times they throw the paper from the car onto the driveway?
