We are being charged for lines that are not working. The lines are down for less than a full month, and yet we are billed for the whole month.

Our company account number is [protected]. We have ben charged for line [protected] since October 2014, yet this line has not been working for that entire period of time. We are definitely entitled to a credit for the payments we have made to Telkom during the said period. Currently we have reported the following numbers : [protected] Ref: 407CRZ260216 [protected] Ref: 494CRZ080316 [protected] Ref: 530CRZ080316 When we log in on the Telkom website for Fault reporting, it takes a week to get technicians to come and attend the faults, and most times the lines will stop working soon after they leave our offices.
