This one of the worst NAS units. There is no control of the NAS drive, no way of creating private folders and although sold as a 8TB system it is only 4TB. When the description states 8TB dual drive system and you find it is 2 x 4TB. What a play on words. Customer services UK number is actually US so you have to allow for the time difference. There is no documentation so had to get any information from the Internet. Please do not buy one unless you want to waste your money.
