I have tried to cancel Zelle pending mode for over 2 weeks. I have contacted you and your rep has told me there is nothing you can do. I just got off the phone with Zelle and the assures me they have not transferred any money and it is your responsibility to credit my $125. Please inform me who I need to contact to get this resolved. Thanks Larry Patterson 813-695-**** User's recommendation: Corp phone.
