I called Action Inc because my water softener was leaking and the water has an odor. The technician came out and stated that the black pipes from the water softener need to be going down into the drain or he could fix the issue and charge me $248. I declined on the $248 fix and went back to GE and they stated that the two water pipes from the water softener simply needed to be placed into the drain. And that would stop the leak. he also stated that I needed to use a stick 2 pound the salt rocks inside of the water softener in order to remove air pockets. Neither of which worked. I called back three times and was told that the technician made the Diagnostics on the issue. And I could not have a refund. I asked for a refund and they stated no. Extremely unsatisfied with this company! Highly recommend not to call this company!
