I just filled up three 5 gallon jugs of water at the glacier in Bressi Ranch in California. I always check to make sure the filters have been recently replaced and they were changed on 10/1 and I got water on 10/4. The water doesn’t taste right and tastes like it is just tap water. I wanted to see if I could get a refund or some type of promo code for the 15 gallons ($.40 per gallon) for future water. We go through about a 5 gallon a week and have never had this issue. Hopefully we can get our money back for this issue. Thank you!
