I am very happy with Thor's response to my concerns. The Thor customer service team reached out immediately and agreed that there may be an issue with the pump. Thor is sending a replacement directly to me. I appreciate the quick response from both Thor and PissedConsumer. User's recommendation: Don't be afraid to reach out to Thor's customer service they have been extremely helpful. Remember customer service folks can be our biggest help. A little respect and courtesy on my part went a long way to getting them to help me out in return.
