Water not properly going into gutter system

To Whom it May Concern: I had my gutter system installed about a year and half ago. When a hard rain occurs the water is not going into the gutter as I was told it would. Please have someone contact me at 502-553-**** as I need some corrections made to my guttering system so water goes in the gutter and not over gutter onto my concrete or landscaping.
