Water issues

My house is a lake! I have had water in the basement more times then I ca remember! Waited 2 Years before I finished the basement! I even drylocked, sealed cracks & spray fomed & still got water. PS got water from the roof also. Ryland try’s to always blame someone or something else! Never buy their home! Guess this is what u get for moving to broke IL!
