My water heater stopped working on electric and I've had to use the gas the last few days. I crawled into the under storage of my camper so I could see the back of the water heater to see what the issue was and my wired are all burnt some completely in half. I need to know what caused this it could have a very serious and critical issue. I believe this product is under a 2 year warranty and I need someone to please come fix my water heater and find out why this happened.
