The Wellness Oral Care Water Flosser I ordered from Walmart online, supplied by 47 St. Photo, arrived on time. However, I didn't check the small inner box inside the larger box (at the bottom of the box). I removed the Flosser and Nozzles, but did not think about looking for the AC/DC Adaptor, which the box said was "INCLUDED INSIDE". I kept the larger outer box, all the while thinking there were remaining part(s) in the small inner box. It has been a year, and I have not used the flosser as I thought I would do. Today I decided to pull out the small inner box to find the remaining parts. The small box was empty, and there is NO AC/DC ADAPTOR in my package. I originally received the package about a year ago, so I cannot return or exchange it through Walmart customer service. I tried to send a message to 47 St. Photo through the Walmart online order site, but it WOULD NOT GO THROUGH. Please, please help me. I need the AC/DC Adaptor that goes with this unit. I paid for it.
