I ordered and received a Clatterans refrigerator water filter with the same specifications as my original Whirlpool filter. The Clatterans and the Whirlpool filters looked identical, however as hard as I tried I could not push the Clatterans filter into the filter location. The Whirlpool filter went in easily with very little effort. I contacted Clatterans and was told in order to get a refund that I had to return the filter at my cost in its original packaging and not used. Needless to say I will never buy anything from this company again.
