Watch out for unauthorized subscription charge. Also, worst customer support in the world

I saw an unauthorized subscription charge of $417.78 from ifit without any notification. As i am typing this feedback, i am on hold to reach a customer support for more than 1 hour during my work hours. This is the worst customer support and seems to be a crooked way of doing business.
