Watch Not Delivered Over a Year Waiting

RE: Repair # 932**** I dropped off my watch at a sales store located in Ft Collins, Co over a year ago (10/17/19). The watch needed a new band nothing more. I periodically check in to get an update on a potential return date of my watch but I get the feeling your employees have no idea where my watch is. To be honest, it has completely steered me away from future purchases at Zales, the product was fine but the lack of service or even communication is terrible for any company. Im disappointed overall, still as a paying customer I need to know where my purchase is and when it will be returned.
