Dear team, I am writing to you with extreme disappointment. I had purchased a watch on 30th april 2016. The watch stopped working in june 2017 and we replaced the battery. But the watch was not working even after the replacement. We visited the micheal kors outlet here in qatar, and they refused to even check it. They said there is no after service they will provide to the customer after we purchase it. We have literally roamed every where with the watch and there is no service outlet here. So if I watch stops working in qatar, do we need to dispose it??? What do we do if the watch is not working? And the store here refuses to even touch it? (forget checking) Please provide us with a solution and service centre which will check for my watch. Thanks, Nisha pinto
