Wasting my time

After 3 months my number was ported from vodaphone and still no data activated on my phone . They first blamed themselves them now it's Telstras problem because I got the Telstra sim through them . Every three four days I ring to be told the same thing it's been escalated and it should work in 24 hours . It doesn't work still User's recommendation: No don't use.
