netspend is the most ridiculously stupid idiotic way to sell prepaid cards. you cant activate them easily. when you try to activate them you submit your information through the website and it still doesnt work. I submitted a picture of my ID front and back in 4k resolution and they still couldnt verify it. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my life i will never get back. User's recommendation: Go to target and get a gift card thats ready to use.
