Wasted time at bank poor customer service

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a list of transactions (5 days) and cashing a personal check for $150 I finally told the teller manager to just give me the money I went inside the bank to see if something was really wrong with the computers The customer service person told me her terminal was down I doubted this story and raised my voice to complain She then said I was rude and I should leave the bank She then went into hiding I then asked the greeter by the font door if she could help me She was able to get me a statement in 2 minutes Waiting time so far 45 minutes I waited 15 more minutes for the manger to come back from lunch The manager was notified by rep about me I stayed calm and told her my story She thanked me for being a 35 yr customer I think she blew me off I also told her that the customer service was a snowflake I tale a lot of grief in may job as a customer service tech for AT&T Total time wasted 75 minutes
