I took off work to wait for them to treat my inside and outside, they did not show up to their appointment. ALL DAY. The following day I called and was on hold over an hour before I gave up. They are hard to get a hold of and I do not know how to cancel my contract with them because there are not obvious ways to get in contact with them other than waiting on hold for who knows how long.
