I am writing to state since I have been to the interview on Friday 12th January 2018 which Georgee Cumby from Manpower had arrange for me following the misleading advertisement for the prisoner's escort driver position which had been advertised with the wrong salary. I made so much effort firstly going to the interview in Nottingham spending £30 in petrol money which when I got there was told Manpower had made a mistake on the salary and therefore apologize for this error and arrange me another interview at Hanson Ltd. I went there and was told they will let me know or that Manpower will get in touch with me with the outcome of my interview. After several calls to Georgee Cumby regarding the outcome of my interview at Hanson and to see if I got the job, I have no reply back to any of my messages or calls to Manpower. It is now middle of February and still no communication by you or anyone in Manpower about the job interview or to see the outcome. You have wasted a lot of my time with travelling and makings calls to you as I feel that communication is very poor on your end. Because of this, I want to claim my travel expenses for a mistake that was made by manpower on the job vacancy as I had to travel from Leicester to Nottingham to the assessment day for the prisoner's job which was advertised as £17,000 instead of £19,500. As I don,t work and had very little money I want to claim £30 for travel expenses and my time wasted going to this assessment day and the interview at Hanson where no one has got back to me on this job which I had a month ago!! Now how will see how long will it take to reply to this message??? Recruitment staff have very poor communication problem at Manpower and needs to be sorted out!
