Waste of money, awful customer service

Monat has brand ambassadors who are also customers, who reach out to other people to get them to sign up for their products as well. An acceptance of mine reached out to me to have me sign up for their hair products. I was excited and signed up through her, gave her all of my information and payment information, and within a week I had my products. Unfortunately, the products did not work well with my hair. My hair was so greasy after using the products that I would have to get back in the shower and re wash them. I used the products about 7 times in attempt to make my hair cooperate but it wouldn't. I reached back out to the girl and she said she would send me another product I can try instead. I never received the product because she sent it to the wrong address. I was never told that I could get a refund and nothing was done for me. I didn't even know i was signed up for flexship until I received an email that I only had 3 days to change my order before they refilled all the products for me. I went online to cancel my order and couldn't figure it out, so I deleted all the items from my flexship, to make the box 0 items. 3 days later, the items ship anyway and I am charged 100 dollars. I call customer service and they tell me I never made any changes to my cart, but I can return the items, as long as I pay the shipping. Fine. Then I ask if i can cancel my account considering the products don't work for me. They tell me I have to pay another 25 dollars to cancel, because I didn't complete my first three orders... I was never informed of this through the girl who signed me up. I told the customer service rep and he said to call her and explain that to her..... Why? So she can say sorry? I'll still have to pay??? They did absolutely nothing for me. *** products, *** customer service, and a scheme to take all of your money. I had to pay to cancel a membership for a product I never used and was never informed of the membership guidelines. Thanks for nothing monet, i can't wait to tell people how awful of a company you have!
