This club membership has been nothing but headaches. Every time I call to book anything it’s days and days of hour long phone calls with no one knowing what the *** theyre doing. Spoke to two different people TODAY and my price in points for a room shot up from 42000 to 49000 because the first time was a “computer error.” Paid thousands upon thousand of dollars and IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. They can’t even guarantee me a room on the top floor after I’ve paid almost $80000 for this garbage.
