Washer repair

Last week. Service technician came out to house to fix a problem with depression he fixed it then a couple weeks later service technician came out and said it was a problem with the control. They said that could not be fixed. They charged us for coming out to the house. I thought a purchesed warrenty suppose to cover coming to the house.
