RL appliance repair in Acworh Ga was called to repair my washer. Rodney came out gave my wife an estimate to repair washer. Estimate was accepted and came back on 5-27-2020 with Acutator motor which he installed in the washer. Problem still was not corrected . He stood there for about 20 minutes turning the washer on and off problem still persists. He took my payment of $185.25 and left. He told my wife he would put the dryer vent back on dryer as have to take off to move to get to washer. When he put back on the dryer he turned the dryer on and then stated dryer not heating. After he left the house I rechecked the dryer vent and he did not put on correctly. He states he has been in business 30 yrs but then sent email to take me to court because I stopped ck but ck was cashed but I am dealing with bank on that matter. He e-mailed me stating if I wanted to pay for bearings that he said may be the problem he would come back and install. Why did he not say that was the problem at the beginning and not the Acutator motor that was not the problem I told him he could return to my home any time to retrieve the motor he installed. I filed a complaint with the bbb so I would never recommend this person to anyone who does not want to get ripped off and left with repair not done. I had to go out and purchase a new washer that day he left me high and dry with washer not repaired . User's recommendation: Do not use home advisor they were no help in helping me with this issue.
