Washer is broken

No representative has ever gotten back in the past week. When calling and placed on hold, for over an hour...answered...say they cannot hear, hang up and heard them laughing in the background. Have never had these issues with Fidelity...need someone to contact us immediately. User's recommendation: Right now...not a good time to ask.
