After finding out who was delivering my mattress i seen all these bad reviews and was terrified about the service i was about to receive. Tracking the shipment online it said my item would arrive between the 21st through the 26th of june well it arrived a day early on the 20th the gentlemen called 30min before arrival and was on time. They were extremely polite, removed my old mattress boxspring and assembled my new new bed and even moved it around the room till i was happy with the placement. I couldn't of been more happy with them or the service i received. Please keep in mind most people dont want to review the good and only the bad and yes some people have had bad service but in the Birmingham area the guys were amazing
