We called ahead asking if there were any king non smoking rooms available for this evening and was there were pleanty of rooms available. I told the gentleman I spoketo that I had a coupon that was good until May 31, 2020 When we arrived at hotel he recalled that he had spoken to me and wanted my ID and credit card which I gave him at this another customer had problem with his key we were asked to wsit a moment while he helped him. He went in the back and told us there were no king rooms available we asked if we could have a Queen he said there were no rooms available. This is unbliveable he then gave us a coupon for the Tru hotel by Hilton down the street. We are members of the Carlsons I would appreciate a call back tomorrow.
