I signed up for a "free trial" and only had to pay shipping of $4.95. When I received the $77.86 charge on my account I called the number to find out what was going on. They would not listen to me that I wanted to cancel the auto ship that I was unknowingly signed up for and continued to offer me discounts off my next order. However when I asked for a refund and offered to send the unopened product back I was told that they could not do that???? Excuse me?! This company does not stand behind their product and do not listen to you when you are trying to cancel an order. Lesson learned, will never buy from any company that offers free trials again. What a shame there are so many scams. I have seen 3 different names of the business as well. My credit card was charged by "Holistic", customer service refers to themselves as "African Mango", and the bottle has "Premier Cleanse" on the back. Buyer Beware!
