This was my mistake. I have been a Proactiv customer for over 10 years and have been more than satisfied with the product and service. In fact, I plan to be a customer for at least another ten years. If you check my previous comment, it reads that it is not a complaint. In any case, very sorry--it was my mistake. Jan User's recommendation: Use Proactiv! It works! Also, customer service is great!
