Beaver Falls Pa. 15010 filled identicsl prescription a little over 5 weeks ago-and after asking my name. And the prescription details-Name,dosage,quantity&telling me after looking up the info-'just bring it up we have in stock as they checked( last month needed to order enough-didnt have on hand which they said wld take 2 days I waited five to make sure!) Once got to pharmacy-after prescription passedfrom cashier to pharmacist she saw hiw defaced -ALL THE NOTACIONS WRITTEN ALL OVER PERSCRIPTION IN INK BY ROCHESTER .PA.GIANT EAGLE AFTER THEY HELD MY PERSCRIPTION FOR A WEEK AFTER I DROPPED OFF WITH THE FINAL WORDS BY PHARMACIST-NEED TO ORDER SHOLD BE AVAILABLE 2_4 DAYS-LIED-ALTERED BY DEFACING MY PERSCRIPTION DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME FOR CHRONIC ILLNESSES IVE NO CONTROL OVER. I WAS BELITTLED BEYOND WHAT ANYONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED!!!!!..
