I was sent an email by this company after almost a month, I was told my package would be arriving soon , and I was given the exact same tracking number as before and it has too many number. I was not told why it was so late or even given an apology. I would never treat anyone customer this way if I ran a business. It's a shame what companies like this one get by with. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company period.
